0.2b Hotfix

Made it so NPCs will talk about different things when immediately spoken with again instead of needing to leave and return
Added delay to conversations once you end them so you can't get locked into another one on accident
Added an extra frame to miniboss attack window
Removed button on gamepad that would reset the game (R key still works)
Fixed enemies hitting twice
Fixed HP upgrade duplication (sorry sputnik)
