0.31 Small Update

There's been a lot of downloads recently!! So I decided to finish up this small update before moving out

This update is very very small, it's more of a quality of life update aimed toward new players to help ease them into the game

Some of the changes are:

• Some secrets
• Audio cue for when you graze an attack
• Toned down some enemies, some hard mode balance changes too
• Some visual cues were fixed
• Updated tick rates again, your attacks will consistently land more often when there are other attacks happening
