0.3a Hotfix

This one's relatively small!:
- Visitor got reworked a bit to be less annoying
- Third boss got toned down a tad bit
- More control tooltips for items
- Several small bug fixes
NOTE: If anyone's crashing while dying or loading an old save, the save system has been updated so you will need to start a new game and save ASAP!
